Otomize vs Exocin
Hi everyone just thought I would upload this. I’ve have learnt to live with tinnitus now for over 30yrs from working in the music industry. Over the last few weeks I’ve had a bad ear infection in my left ear, went to see the doctor he prescribed amoxicillin with Otomize spray after a week of using both

W1R1 - Heart rate reached 185bpm
Hey Guys, I started with my W1R1.. while entire session went well, I am worried about my maximum heart rate during the session.. it went upto 185bpm.. Is this ok? Should I continue or take caution?

You'd think I was asking for the moon 😒
Just venting a bit! I have a front and back yard. They have to be mowed. (I bought a weed eater for mother's day and do that myself.) I can't now the yards. 2back and a neck surgery, feet braces. Just no. Can't do it. The last time my dad did it, he sat down and I thought he was going to have a heart

Wk 4 run 3 ✅
Found it tough today, calves screaming a bit, until the final run strangely so found a reserve of energy and picked up the pace for the last couple of minutes. Then looked at my Adidas app and we’d actually improved our pace on every run! I’m not worried about speed at this point but it was reassuring

Otomize - scared to use it. New Member!
Hi there, I’m new to this forum. I’ve suffered with low level tinnitus since I was approx 18....I’m now 45. Over the last week or so, I’ve noticed my tinnitus has suddenly got worse. It’s now like a high-pitched electric current type noise in my head (rather than multi-tone when I’m trying to sleep

Levo without additives
Hi all. A while back I mentioned that I had found a UK company that makes levo without any additives in it. It is basically T4 suspended in almond oil with vitamin C as the preservative. They would only tell me the cost if I got a private script, which I finally managed to do free off my GP... however

Any hope for reactive tinnitus and distortion or hypercusis to improve or go away after 7 months with it?
I've had my reactive tinnitus for 7 months now. It still reacts to music well lots of music. Classical music is where I noticed the least distortion but pop music I noticed whistling and beeps over it. Been going on like this 7 months now. My dad's voice sounds robotic and so does the tv and my own

At my wits end......
I have had tinnitus for the best part of three years and can usually cope with it reasonably well. I have had many spikes during that time and they usually quieten down after a few days but this current spike which is extremely intrusive has lasted three weeks which is unusual for me and shows no sign

Menieres, Vestibular Migraine, both or something else?!
I’ve been having symptoms for 2 years. ENT have now discharged me after balance tests were apparently normal - said there’s nothing wrong with my ears. My symptoms are: Intermittent random dizzy spells (lasting a few seconds) Moments feeling as though everything is about to spin Ear fullness - can last

What caused your tinnitus?
Having seen an ENT consultant (before the lockdown) who told me that T is caused by either a psychological or a physical trauma, I wonder which is the more common. For me, it was a combination of the two over an intense six month period (work stress, bereavement, family problems, dubious ear syringing

Bloods and symptoms - interpretation and advice needed please. I'm new.
Sorry – this is going to be a bit of a history as this is the first time I’ve asked advice here but I would be very grateful for some feedback, please. I recently saw an endocrinologist ‘whole health’ consultant for a whole health perspective on thyroid and lifestyle/diet and my bloods were taken privately

Hi, has anyone had orbital decompression surgery
Hi everyone, I had orbital decompression 2 years ago and I still have numbness on both sides of my face, my eyes still wobble as I eat and they've become increasingly sensitive to light and I often feel as though I have something stuck in my eye (like a hair) but the reality is, there is nothing there

Pain in feet and Ankles
Sudden cardiac arrest 3yrs ago. 1 stent fitted in LAD, medication - Ramapril 1.5mg, Bisopropol 1.5mg, Atorovastatin 80mg, aspirin. Fully recovered and returned to lots of exercise/fitness at same level as before. Had urinary infection in early January which took two courses of antibiotics to clear, since

Does anyone have Tinnitus here....does Bisoprolol make it slightly worse? I'm wondering if PAF med isn't helping?
Hi everyone, I haven't posted for a while as I am a little calmer and settled with my PAF diagnosis during June last year and have only had two episodes since then due to being careless with caffeine intake. I really appreciate the support and advice you gave. Anyway, I was just wondering if Bisoprolol

A changing city
A glorious morning in London and the city is coming to life. My warm up walk took a little longer after bumping into a friend in the street and having a socially distanced chat in the early morning sunshine. Only to find my first espresso since lockdown appearing from the local cafe owner and good friend

Underactive thyroid / M.E. help needed analysing blood test results
I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid aged 14 after 4 years of feeling ill and put on 125 mg of levothyroxine. Unfortunately at the same time I was diagnosed with glandular fever. I have spent years oscillating between feeling well and hardly being able to get out of bed . I practice yoga, rest
