Oddest thing happened
Hi Everyone Prednisone sure can be a confusing medication. Been on pred for 3&1/2 years. Now on 12 mg. for two months. Since day one, I started growing fuzzy hair all over my face and shoulders. Then I switched to Rayos and started growing a thick prickley hair on my chin and less of the fuzzy hair.

I'm so scared
I'm so scared for my life, been battling anxiety for years. I gave birth to my son last year and my anxiety skyrocketed. My life has not been the same ever since.I have all manner of physical symptoms. The worse is the cold and hot chills all over my body. I'm scared of even going out and being alone

Anyone else an emotional wreck??
So...have started my FET meds and have upped the dose quite a bit from last time round. Taking more Progynova daily and started with the patches from the start (last time we tried to add them half way through- didn’t work!!) Consequently I appear to be very emotional all the time! I’m assuming this is

Old head injury, looking for anything I can do to improve my quality of life!
Good afternoon everyone! Hope you are all well, I recently read James Cracknells book about his recovery from his head injury. And read about headway in the book. I suffered a head injury in 1995, going face first through a windscreen at around 30mph after being knocked off my bike. Being young and

Giggle incontinence advice for a desperate mum!
Hi I'm new here, I am wondering if there is anyone with any advice on giggle incontinence? My 10 year old son was diagnosed 5 years ago, he pretty much self potty trained at 2 and was dry day and night within 2 weeks. Then at 4 years old he started to lose control of his bladder when he would laugh.

Constipation or rather worse
Hi I’ve had really bad ibs over Xmas, probably stress related, and been trying just about everything. One thing I’ve tried which has caused me great problems (my own fault) is Psyllium capsules. I think they might have helped if I’d only followed the instructions to drink a lot but I’m not a great water

8-year-old Charlie raises £1000s for other people with a visible difference
When Charlie was 8 years old he was in a car crash which resulted in serious facial scarring. Since then, he's raised thousands of pounds for other people with a visible difference. This is his story. My name is Kimberley. I’m writing on behalf of my son Charlie, who’s 8 years old. On 30 September

Explosive d* - anxiety?
I almost went 3 whole weeks without my one Imodium per week (took one last on the 22 of December) and managed Christmas just fine, normal stools and quite a change in diet (no broccoli, sprouts, risky fruits and alot less chocolate and cake). Along with this I had no work, gigs or nerve inducing plans

With holding nightmare for 6 year old
Hi, my son is 6 and only poos every 2-3 weeks after a few doses of either movicol or ducolax, longest he has held it in for is 6 weeks. Drs just say it idiopathic constipation from being a baby which has developed into withholding. I'm having to send him to school in pull ups to catch any liquid poo.
