Dietitians Advice
Saw a dietitian yesterday after a long wait due to Covid. She didn't suggest a FODMAP diet immediately, but has given me a list of fruit and veg I can eat. Some are surprising as I'm type 2 diabetic (bananas and melon) and I'm to have only 2 portions of fruit and 3 portions of veg daily. What surprised

Colomycin query
Hello all, I'm new to Colomycin and wondered if you had any tips on how best to mix it with the saline solution to minimise the amount of time you have to swirl it so it all dissolves. I've tried a number of ways and there's always a residue left which takes 2-3 minutes to dissolve. Taking the Colomycin

Regressive behaviour with renewed incontinence
Our foster daughter has just started regressive behaviour. When she came to us in December she had not been potty trained, we are family number 7 for her. (She will be 5yr next week!) Raising eyebrows on neuroinflammation: Study finds novel role for 'skin plumping' molecule
Scientists have discovered a novel mechanism and role in the brain for hyaluronic acid -- a clear, gooey substance popularized by cosmetic and skin care products. Hyaluronic acid may be the key in how an immune signal moves from the blood stream to the brain, activating the brain's resident immune cells

Does anyone use Kemadrin for stiffness or to counteract the agitation effect of other drugs? It sounds good but it is an anticholergenic so is it harmful?

PiP
thank you guys who responded to my message. I have been in touch with CAB today and they inform me im not intitle to any pip at all. But they are raising the issue higher up as they deem it so unfair that post covid and especially those who were in ICU with covid aren't getting the right help financially

Medications & fiber capsules
I take 2 psyllium fiber capsules with 8 ounces of water, twice a day because if I didn't, I'd be making *hard bricks* and they would hurt like heck when they get... eliminated. The psyllium fiber capsule part gets dissolved and the psyllium turns into a gel that goes through my system and does it's

Advice needed re timing of split doses please
I’ve been reading various posts over the last weeks and have found excellent advice on how to manage the tapering process and split doses which has transformed my experience of tapering. Started last winter with PMR ( on top of another blood related auto immune condition) and had to leap up to 15mg daily

My 3 year old seems to have immature bowels. He is half toilet trained.
My son seems to be not physically aware that he need to poop and even when it is happening. I have been toilet training him for 8 months. He can pee in the toilet no problems but not poop. He shows now signs that he needs to poop or even that he is having one. He also doesn't seem to notice if he has
