Hi, I have done bowel prep lots of times over the years however I have always used moviprep so I know exactly what to expect as it goes through my system and I understand how it works especially with the volume of fluids it gives plenty of fuel to keep going all day and night however there is a shortage

Celiac testing and Obinutuzumab
So I am getting tested for celiac disease. I've known I had issues with gluten for years, and my grandma had it, but it never got that bad. Now I've had diarrhea for months and am losing weight - so it seems sensible to get it checked out. But I'm on V & O, completed the O infusions in July (about

Wrist and hand operation.
Hi again lovely helpful people. I am due to have a wrist and knuckle replacements (MCPJ silastic replacement) and intrinsic releases (tendons I think). It’s a big deal and not without risks I’m very worried. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar operation? Thank you 🙏

Bariatric surgery, what do you think?
I've been thinking about doing a stomach reduction surgery (gastric sleeve) because I can't lose weight. Since I have problems with my thyroid (RAI ablation in 2012) I gained 25 kg(90 kg in the past and now I've 115/1,87 cm)), I have tried all the treatments(ndt, synthetic) that have not yielded results

Low or high stomach acid? this is the question!
I recently spoke to my Gp saying I think I have low stomach acid rather than too much (symptoms are similar for both) I was prescribed Lansoprazole which I only taken rarely. She said she would swap me onto pantoprazole (aren’t they the same drug?) I have a stomach hernia so I have to be careful. When

My GCA Update
I just got done with my MRIs and MRAs, so we’ll see if results show much. My blood test came back with sed rate normal (always has been) and C-reactive prrotein headed down. It went from normal in PMR, to 1.3 and then 2.0 in GCA. Now at 0.8, so barely high and heading in the right direction. Still feeling

Left side gut pain above and left of the belly button with belching and gas
I have a scope done by a gi doctor 2 years ago. Result was mild gastritis and biopsy came back fine. I fought pain, bloating, and belching for almost a year straight every day. Gi dr had me do a breathe test and i failed it for bacteria. I took meds every other 2 weeks for 2 months. Everything finally

low stomach acid
I believe that I have low stomach acid. I can’t find old posts about this, but I know it’s quite common among hypothyroid people. So I’m wondering if anyone has had this, and found a cure for it. I’m currently taking Betain HCL with pepsin, and it’s helping. However, I’m hoping I don’t have to take

Overdue Update
Hello everyone. I am not sure when I last posted my health situation but think it was mentioning abdominal pains and querying whether Hydroxycarbamide could be affecting my colon. I’ll try and keep this short. From midJune I suffered constant symptoms like IBS(D) . I already had been diagnosed with Diverticulosis
