never as I am too lazy and figure at my age my body is obviously used to it as I usually go to India for a couple of months in winter.

Used to wear factor 50 at all times religiously, but a severe vitamin D deficiency means that I need a bit of sun!

Wow! How did you find out about the deficiency? Routine check up?

I had to beg for the blood test from my endocrinologist as I had so many symptoms. I think the doctor only agreed to shut me up, but I was proved right :)

Whenever the weather requires it. Ie on hot sunny days.

I'm not sure i think this is a particularly useful breakdown of frequency. Like Tjbear, I wear it when the sun is out and I'm outside. That could be daily or not for months. Odd.
