That looks great, I've not made tomato sauce for a bit, Will try very soon
One thing I notice, the recipe says to use a saucepan but the pics seem to be of a frying pan. A frying pan makes sense as its wider - I have a wide saute pan - the width maximizes the amount of tomato in contact with the air, with leads to more oxidation and a nicer taste!
