I love the polls you put on here so thank you. I take and have been taking Multibionta capsules by Seven Seas for many years now after reading an article on them in a magazine by a chap who said they had helped his IBS in a very big way. I have to say that my IBS certainly improved all those years ago once I started taking them and although I still have IBS it's nothing like it was all those years ago.

Thanks Alicia, if Multibionta helps then thats really good as IBS can be debilitating. So I'm glad it helps. 😊

I take magnesium when I take Vitamin D which I tend to take around the end of January and I noticed that sometimes I'd get a headache and apparently over 50% of the population are magnesium deficient and vitamin D exacerbates this deficiency, which can trigger a head ache. But magnesium oxide is a laxative so I take a chelated magnesium.

Apparently modern farming methods have rendered the soil low in magnesium...

i take Quercitin for allergies ,Curcumin as an anti inflammatory and Zinc carnosine for gastritis. I take Vit D during winter from time to time

I've never felt much need for supplements, and never noticed any benefit when I've experimented with them. And I've been lacto-vegetarian / graduating to vegan for 54 years. I just eat a really wide selection of fruit, vegetables, legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices.

Great Poll Jerry. I take Iron occasionally, Flaxseed Oil, Zinc, Vitamin D only in winter and

also liquid Iodine but not often only as a top up. I Also take Vitamin C in stressful times and B.

At the moment I’m not taking any as it’s summer so I try to get vitamins from food straight. Next week I’m having a blood test. They check my iron, ferritin, folate.... I’m really curious!! Haven’t been ill for long time. My only problem are my thyroids and I’m possibly coeliac btw they want to test too but as I soon reintroduce gluten to my gut I grow into a balloon and have to run to the toilet😬 so I guess they won’t do that test.
