In fairness, should't there be a survey choice "Not Willing"?

My husband was in a clinical study when he started ibrutinib. It all those depends in the study. If quality of life is good, then NO.

Very willing, but a large measure of luck is involved in finding an appropriate trial at the right point of time.

Most people are very willing if they can get some help finding the right study-if you don't want to take part then "not at all willing" is the obvious choice!
