As it was my idea to begin with I recently emailed my local MP Dan Byles (MP for Nuneaton & Bedworth) about the changes to DLA that will affect me as a person with TS, suprisingly enough our Tory MP hasn't yet replied. So here's a message from Dan Byles MP about our DLA...

He speaks with such eloquence! I'm not going near our local MP because he campaigned to get all the support houses in Wyboston shut down and that sucks. He obviously doesn't care about disabled people at all

Please stop panicking about DLA, you don't know for sure what the Government will do, and it must be sending shockwaves to all who presently receive it reading this stuff over and over. I rarely believe anything until I see it with my own eyes.... best way to keep sane don't you think? The world could end before DLA is scrapped.... remember Doomsday is forecast on 21st December 2012.............! Sheeesh kebab! MP's take 14 days to reply. And to them you are just a number!
