As you can see charlie Turveys picture does not show him completely, just a part of his face can anybody help.

Hi John,

In step 2 of setting up your picture, you are asked to crop it (adjust the visible, ligther square to show the desirable part of the picture. When pictures are uploaded, more often than not they are much bigger in size (dimensions, not space disk-wise) than the default setting for picture crop.

To re-adjust it, simply hover your mouse cursor over the edge of the smaller square until the cursor changes to a double-sided arrow, then click and drag. Alternatively click anywhere outside the smaller square, press and hold, then drag your mouse diagonally. You should see a new lighter square increasing in size.

You can also move the square a round by clicking anywhere inside it (the mouse cursor should turn into two crossed double-sided arrows) and dragging.

Please try the steps outlined and let me know if anything is unclear.
