We would like to invite you to take part in an online survey on education about Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders.

This survey was developed by Dr Tara Murphy, Consultant Psychologist (Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children) and Dr Davide Martino, Consultant Neurologist (King’s College Hospital) and will explore the satisfaction and needs of parents and patients regarding education programmes on Tourette syndrome and tic disorders.

Tourettes Action, Dr. Martino and Dr. Murphy will organise focus group meetings in March/April 2015 in London. The plan for the three groups is to discuss with adults with Tourette syndrome and children with Tourette syndrome and their families in more detail the results of the survey and receive direct feedback on information that people benefit from knowing about Tourette syndrome and tic disorders.

The final goal of the discussion and survey is to develop a new, educational programme informed by people with Tourette syndrome and tailored to their needs.

Individuals with Tourette syndrome and parents of children are invited to participate. It is very helpful to have your information so please do have your say.

Completing the survey will only take a few minutes and we are grateful for your time. You will be given the chance at the end of the survey if you are interested in attending the focus groups in London in March/April 2015.
