Hello, everyone, had a major spike past two months, heard about TTT tried it, have been much better for the past week? I have no idea if this is due to TTT, but I'm sat here now and my T is at least 50% lower.
to anyone who is suffering try it, the trial is free, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Hi, Total Tinnitus Therapy, found on this site, googled and downloaded the app, trial is free, ongoing use of the app is very cheap, just a few pounds
Other useful app ( android and apple) is "Queitin" useful CBT and meditation techniques. Take certainly moved my tinnitus into a manageable state and removed the hyperacaus ( sound sensitivity) that often inflames the condition.
Its great to hear on this forum about something that works for someone and I am pleased that it works for u Chris - i am going to give it a try but have to be careful as this app (tonal tinnitus therapy ) is based on the principles of 'acoustic neuromodulation' - u hv to be careful with this - the app states that it doesnt work for everyone and also gives very careful instructions when trying for first time , such as, using the therapy on very low volume for 5 mins only then wait for many hours , to see how yr T reacts to this .
To be honest, I noticed quite an improvement in the first week, I cannot say categorically that this was due to starting to use the TTT app, just that it happened at the same time? But as we all know we can have low periods with no apparent reason, I just tuned the volume to mask my Tinnutus level and put Water and Birdsong on low, I can say it was very pleasant as I don't often use masking, I don't want to build false hope for anyone, but I did without doubt have a significant lowering of my T volume, I have had some spikes in the period, but I'm still using the app and enjoying it.
