Thanks for showing us this,I had a quick scroll and found a few “cures” for T - cures which do not, of course, exist as yet. So beware!

Hi Pink6- How are you? I'm not on fb or any other social media sites. They make me anxious . Are there any particular highlights?

Hi doglover1973, just sent a reply on the feed here and hope you're well. My T has so settled now. I get the odd day or two where it might be a bit annoying but overall, it really is behaving thank goodness.

If you want or need tips for tinnitus then keep with the ones we know about. British tinnitus association, royal national institute for the deaf and I do go on a page called t-minus, this one has been the most helpful to me personally, it’s run by a professional musician who himself suffered with tinnitus for 30+yrs and due to his job has made his own set of sound therapy and works great.

A lot of the responses and queries on the linked group seem to be focussed on complementary therapies, so approach the group with that in mind - I will freely admit that I don't have a tremendous amount of patience for any group of this type which suggests that 5G wireless signals are responsible for tinnitus developing. Each to their own, I guess.🤷‍♂️

The link I supplied is just a FB group I came across and because it happened to have a few 'cures' for T, I just wondered if anyone had heard of them! If people believe that a certain herb or supplement or whatever is helping them, then that is their gig. I think follow your own heart and you're know instinctively whether any of the recommendations listed in that particular FB group appeals to you or not. Mostly, people try different supplements or therapies which seem to help them. As I said, you'll know whether you feel it is worth trying or not. Just be mindful of 'cures' but open minded if you want to give anything a try.
