I have lots of issues with headache in relation to high pitch sound . Can also get them from lack of sleep. All the research I have read says that in general shouldn't get pain - but some do?

Yes I have chronic migraines. Headaches make my tinnitus worse as in soooooo loud and when my ears are loud that gives me a sore head. Always had headaches but now it’s bad migraines. Can’t eat or sleep. My head feels like it’s going to burst at the side of my head with pain pounding and I can’t move my head or neck cos of the pain and then my ears start screaming so so loud I can’t sleep. Wake up exhausted every morning.

I have tinnitus and migraines as well. My ENT commended that if migraines continue go to a neurologist. I have gone and had two MRIs. They found white spots on my MRI which is causing the migraines. My neurologist prescribed Topiramate for the migraines to reduce the amount. I also take Sumatriptan when I feel a migraine starting. You might want to go see a neurologist if your headaches are frequent and severe.
