Has anyone had any success with Tinnitus Retraining Therapy? I was referred over six months ago and was meant to have my first appointment this week only to find out it's been cancelled. It's the one thing that's giving me hope of improvement but I guess it could be another six months before I get y appointment.

How intense is your tinnitus? Do you also get cognitive problems like memory failure, difficulty thinking, difficulty speaking?

The tinnitus is quite intense and I've had it for many years. No memory or speech problems.

I am mostly suffering from memory issues and difficulty speaking. Came about the same time with tinnitus. It has been almost ten years without any diagnosis. Tough times.
