Tinnitus and Sleep - how much rest are you getting at the moment?

I am only getting that amount of sleep because GP put me on antidepressants which also act as a sleeping pill

From our perspective, this is fairly common and successful way - for a very limited amount of time - to rebalance the sleep cycle and help people with tinnitus to get the rest that they need. We always see antidepressants as being very much a treatment for low mood, rather than tinnitus itself - so hopefully your well being needs are also being taken into account.
