My IBS is so severe it affects me persistently and makes life miserable although i try to cope as best i can .

I've had "IBS" for many years and is getting worse. It completely controls my life and my diet is pathetic. I live off toast, and even that is causing me grief now. I'm on that slippery slope now. Just wish it would hurry up and happen to save me from the constant suffering every day.
