Without spending a massive amount of time typing, i'll try and summarise my thoughts on it to date. I have a copy and have been looking at it:
1 Misses the fundamental point of the need for a new plan - its about the patient
2 Not enough strategic points about Survivorship
3 Key Worker is quite simply a disaster
4 Person Centred approach - just not there in reality
5 It seems more of a medical approach and not patient lead
Thats just 5 points so far....
I think its a very sad reflection on Welsh Stretegic thinkers to arrive at a plan like this!
