Please is this group active of recent I have been hanging slight pain when my testicles is been suspended in the right testicles .
I went for ultrasound and it says all is fine
But of recent I have had some enlargement in my chest that’s my breast it doesn’t hurt tho but am concerned because google says symptoms of testicles cancer is enlargement of Breast
I suffer from anxiety and it’s really killing me
