Two years back I suffered from ATT treatment completed and doctor concluded that I was recovered from TB. Now what is the risk of civil 19

I don’t think there is much information available. Having had TB doesn’t make us more vulnerable if we are fit and healthy. We must all follow the guidelines to reduce risk. If a person has a lasting illness as a result of TB or if they have lung damage affecting lung function, getting Covid19 could be more of a challenge. Well that is what I understand from what I have read.

Hi Raviduvvuri,

Current or lasting lung damage resulting from TB is considered to be the risk factor for covid-19 - not TB or a history of TB itself. Therefore, if you are fully recovered, your risk is no greater than anyone else of your general health and age.
