Hello, anyone knows eating disorders self help groups in London, like AA or SLAA? Beat has just 2, held monthly. Ridiculous. Thank you!

I know in the US there are online meetings at avision4u.com.i do that because I am mostly confined to my home due to an illness.not sure if that helps.it helps me a lot.

There are some self help meetings held all over London and the UK, similar to AA but directed at supporting people with eating disorders. Here is a link to the site. Hope you get the help you're looking for. X
