In an interview with Fernando Martínez Amaya, Director of Transpersonal Anatheóresis. SL, explains the following:
“Anatheóresis is a therapy that does not require drugs, nor does it use hypnosis and that constitutes a very effective and rapid tool in psychic and physical disorders of psychosomatic origin, hence its growing expansion. We can say that we have been training Therapists in a number about 2500, from all continents, and a number that I would not know how to tell you about former patients.
Everything in life requires time and practice, but the premises on which Anatheóresis is based are very clear and, basically, the greatest difficulty arises when they begin to practice it. That is why we have two levels of training and specific workshops and a few years ago I established the teaching channel, open to all students, in which weekly you can consult, advise and clear doubts about the difficulties they might have during their application and training. We try to provide continuous training as effectively as possible ”
