ENTRESTO - ASK QUESTIONS FIRST - NOT LATER!
Now the doctor said he's has AF and it had nothing to do with the
Entresto
. My husband is now off the
Entresto
and on Coumadin - for the rest of his life! These last two weeks have been a horror. My husband has been on plenty of heart medication and has had very few side affects.

Is anyone taking eplerenone?
Currently taking 5mgs eliquus twice daily, 25 mgs epleronone (inspra), 26/24
entresto
twice daily. Was on 1.25 bisprolol and went off it ten days ago thinking it might be causing shortness of breath as I have experienced that in the past. That hasn’t improved.

A couple of months ago I wrote on here about being put on
Entresto
, a newish drug for heart failure. This is only prescribed for patients who fall within very particular gateposts, and doesn’t suit many people so the initial dose is very low to gauge any side effects or contraindications.

I’ve had lots of tests over the years since and was put on the usual cocktail of meds tempered to suit me. but I was recently changed from one of them Losartan to a new drug called
Entresto
but unfortunately this drug didn’t seem to agree with me.

Tinnitus?
I have a question going out there to anyone - I have been on amiodarone, metoprolol and
Entresto
for the AF and it's working fine. I just had an ankle replacement and am on other meds such as oxycodone.

What To Expect
Was already taking carvedilol along with
entresto
before this recent incident. EP is advising against catheter ablation at the moment. Please can someone advise and share their good thoughts.
