It’s one of those days when even breathing hurts! Started off not too bad but just worsened as the day has dragged on.
What’s your go to for days like this? Usually I can drag myself through them but it’s a struggle. (And I know that’s ok... the bad days make the good days brighter)

Spoke to the GP today... going to try some medication to help me manage the pain enough to allow me to get active so I can manage to pain with activity rather than meds... it’s like baking the cakes before breaking the eggs but I know it will be ok... eventually.
Still very very sore and going for a nap before visiting my mum for her birthday.
