I know the best way to cope with my pain is to pace and use my tools, however my mental wellbeing was cracking because I have had no physical contact with the real world since February... but the past two days have been my dads 70th and a chance to meet my bestie.
Pre lockdown me would have planned a bit better but I just needed to see people ‘for real’ not over a screen.
Am I sore? Hell yes! Massive flare up! However... what IS interesting is I’m STILL coping with my pain because my head is in a better place. Those happy hormones are doing their job.
