Is this something that you can only really do if you have some previous experience of martial arts......sorry if that sounds like a silly question.
Not at all! It’s super easy and I can do it from my wheelchair on bad days! And they’re are differing lengths of sessions ... I can only manage the short ones (like 10 mins!) but it’s so easy. Watch the video and have a look for Don Fiore on YouTube and you’ll soon find ones you like and prefer.
