What are doing to keep up your activity levels during lockdown?

Prior to lockdown our family were 10 days into 14 days isolating and my activity levels have really dropped... and funnily enough my pain levels have spiked!

I’m curious... given quite a few of us are in the shielding category and aren’t allowed outside, what are you doing to keep your activity levels up?

I love the YouTube videos Don Fiore does as they can be done seated or standing, they are easy and short!

I’ve also been looking on NHS inform for ideas nhsinform.scot/healthy-livi...

One thing I know I need to do better is get up and move more often. Mustn’t let the life skills slip whilst in lockdown!

So share with me your routines, pitfalls and successes! 😁😁😁

It's really challenging, I'm sticking to walking for now as the dog needs to get out! I need to start to do some youtube stuff in the house. Could you make a post with a link to the Don Fiore videos so people can find it? :)
