Melanoma?

Does this look like it could be melanoma? I went to my doctor about 4 weeks ago for it and she sent off photos to the dermatologist and marked it as urgent but could maybe take around 6 weeks to hear back. I first noticed it around April time and it’s been moving up the nail as it grows. No pain. A lot has been rid of from cutting my nails but there seems to be more fainter ones beginning to appear too
