Lumps on nose near eye. How quickly can a BCC grow?

Hi,

I noticed a pearl coloured lump on my nose at the end of Nov ‘19. It was uneven around the edges and felt smoothish. It didn’t itch or bleed. I waited the month to see if it disappeared but when it didn’t I booked a GP appointment. He said it was probably a mole forming, nothing to worry about and to keep an eye on it. Should it bleed or change to come back. I noticed it had changed shape and texture and looked bigger by mid Feb ‘20 so rebooked to see the GP. He then said it’s possibly a BCC and would refer me as a non urgent patient to a dermatologist. However just a day or so after my appointment I noticed another very small lump appear closer to my eye. I think it has the same texture as the other one when it originally appeared. Having read about BCC’s and how it can be tricky to remove around the nose and eye, I just wanted some opinions on the appearance of my lumps, and if anyone had anything similar? If so did it turn out to be nothing, or what procedures did you have in the aftermath?

Thanks for reading.
