Anyone dealt with bladder control issues most their life?

I am afraid I have only had to deal with it later in life - with my parents, my husband, and my mother-in-law. I do hope someone here may have had it for most of their life and can respond. I do think many in the group have had this come on later in life due to disease, injury, and the like. But there are many in the world who have had incontinence since childhood.
