More about side effects teeth and brain
I would like to hear more about new treatments, where they are available and what the side effects are.
Would love to start hearing more about holistic integrative care, involving complementary treatments, alongside conventional and more about what we, as patients can do to help ourselves, rather than the message from a lot of Oncologists with the view 'there's nothing you can do to help yourself'

The personal stories scare me so much and are the reason I seldom come here. If you could find posters who have had good outcome with no recurrence that would help.
I'm very interested in nutrition and what others are doing along those lines. I'm 5 weeks into Rubraca. No serious side effects so far. My latest CA - 125 dropped from 30.5 two weeks ago to 17.2 on Monday. My lowest just after after my first round of chemo was over in September 2016 was 16.9. During my Avastin only treatment I hovered in the mid 20's.
