You need to highlight what you are concerned about as the picture looks essentially normal . If it is purely after sexual contact with a female, try clotrimazole 1% cream. If the problem keeps recurring, the partner should self treat with a clotrimazole pessary or single dose fluconazole tablet. If its still an issue after that, then I would advise attending a sexual health unit once the COVID emergency is over.
