Intense cramping pain in both arms and across back. Broke my glasses as I was doubled up with the pain.
Lungs filled with fluid. Was actually drowning on dry land. Worst nightmare for ex - sailor. Luckily brother there, he had double bypass and recognized what was happening. My baby brother saved my life. Now on strict diet regimen and son to start rehabilitation exercise program.
Straight forward heartburn, no pain! Then turned white and sweating...then Cardiac Arrest! No pain at all. Luckily paramedic arrived as I stopped breathing, resuscitated me, ambulance then transported me to hospital, where I had a stent fitted. That was almost 12 months ago. Since lost over two stone in weight, going to gym, walking, and eating super healthy diet. Feeling good!
Had difficulty catching my breath. Could not lay flat. Sharp pain under my left arm. Heavy weight on my chest.
Felt like heartburn to me.

When I had my event, all I felt was breathless (I have copd) and feint. No pains. Even the paramedics didn't know what was happening.
I presumably had a silent heart attack no pain just very tired walking was an effort. Surprised when ECG taken and ambulance ordered to take me to hospital! More concerned when I was kept in.
