hello, my name is, samuel. i'm a 45 yr. old black man, from atlanta, ga. on feb. 28th, i was diagnosed with, Gleason 4+3=7 PCa. my PSA was 11.9. no treatment as of right now, because i only found this out yesterday. my quality of life is OK.

i was also diagnosed with BPH and prostatitis some years ago [2014]. so it has its flare up when i frequent the men's room. i'm interested in the best type of treatment that will keep me here until i grow old. i'm scared and i don't know what to do. with that type of G score what is usually the prognosis for me? it was said it's confined to the prostate.

But in answer to your question, Arthro, you should get the book, "The Key to Prostate Cancer", you can plug in your diagnosis, and get a good idea about what you can expect, and what you should be doing now. Here is a link to it,
