To early

Am 20 weeks pregnant ive been getting contraction like pains for a couple of days now is it to early to be getting braxton hicks. thanks in advance

They can start this early, I'm 24 weeks tomorrow not sure if I have had them yet, I have ad sharp vaginal pains on and off every now and then, my belly goes hard but I think it's when the baby moves!

How does yours feel?

They feel like a sharp pain in back that goes round the front then pressure down below and like a period pains they last about 1min to 30 seconds

I had a read about braxton hicks I still can't determine if I have had them lol

hi yes they can start from half way through, im 25 weeks and get them once or twice a day. my belly becomes rock hard and get a strange sensation, not painful tho and usually they pass quicker if i move about. Iv been told its just your body getting ready for labour.. however if they become painful or regular to contact your midwife/hosp. xx
