Hi after the traumatic birth of my daughter 7 years ago and 2 miscarriages inbetween.. i am now 22 weeks pregnant :) finally starting to relax a bit and found out I have group B strep :( I was wondering if a section is the best possible option for my baby?? anyone ever been through the same? or am i worrying for no reason :( confused...

My friend had gobs, had a normal vaginal delivery the only difference is they put you ona antibiotics drip, that stops the gobs being passed to baby. I would ave a good chat with your midwife and make sure when u go into labour that all the staff know your special requirements :)

:) thank you. Just wasnt sure what was best but ill have a good chat with my midwife on Thursday :) dont like the idea of a section because iv heard you cant do much and miss a lot of the first few weeks with baby but would do it if it ment he arrived safe :) thanks again xx
