1 year olds injections 😭

Hi ladies my little boy is having his injections on Thursday he’s 1 , can any one tell me how many needles and what there little ones was like after because after all his other injections they have knocked him off everything for a few days , sleep, feeds constant screaming hoping these ones are different for him , any advice would be appreciated xx

my lb got his jabs Thursday and I'm shore my hv said they have 4 lots but not 100% on that.... all you can do is lots of cuddles and playtime take his mind off it xx

my lb ain't had his 4 yet he has got them Thursday.... after all his other jabs he has been fine.... but I'm dreading these ones having to have 4 I think it will throw any baby off their daily routine..... i hope your boy ai t to bad with them xx

There’s 4. My little girl was sleepy afterwards and had a nap but was ok, until the dreaded 7-10 days afterwards (one has a long incubation period) where she needed Calpol for a temperature (it was expected as I got warned about it). We then got a rash 2 weeks afterwards which looked measily/viral, no idea if it was connected or not as the GP couldn’t tell me if it was the jabs, viral or a consequence of trialling the soya ladder (we have multiple food allergies). She was ok, just rashy and because she’s at nursery I had to have her checked over. All in all not that bad considering how much protection they get from having them x

Its 4 needles, 2 in each leg. My little boy was absolutely fine until 4 days after when he had diarrhoea, then day 5 he had some spots on his back, then day 8 he got a high temp (39.8) which only really went down to 38.3 even with capol every 4 hours and lasted 2 days by day 10 was covered in spots that were bright red. The dr said it was deffo measles from the jab as its a live vaccine. On day 9 he littrally slept on me nearly all day.

It was by far the worst, he was fine with all his others.

I’m a really dreading these now 😭😭nothing I can do ,would never not take him for his jabs ,it’s what’s best for him it’s just awful that it’s 4 needles and makes them poorly but I suppose being poorly for a few days is better then the poor Babis gettin really really poorly from not having them xx

Doctors had to cancel and rearrange them for March , just wanted to get them over and done with but nothing I can do , he’s not well at minute anyway he’s got Diahriaa and sickness bless him thanks for asking xx

It sure is ,iv been crying with him it’s his first sickness bug and it’s knocked him for six bless him now the other half’s got it not bothered so much about him 😂😂 he can look after himself as long as my Babis ok that’s all that matters , how did you little boy go on with his jabs xx

it was awful he screamed so much and he been grumpy flat out asleep at the min.... so hoping it wont wake him up to much tonight x

Owww poor little man it’s awful for them but it’s for the best in long run xx
