Pelvic griddle pain

Hi! Im on my 28th week of pregnancy and having severe pain in my pubic zone..its seems to me that I have a spd..I do swimming twice a week but that doesn't hell at all..do you have any suggestions to treat this insanely horrible pain?

Hi just wrote that in different post and many will give you some suggestions as well. This is was helping me:

Don’t know if those the same pains but have been experiencing similar pains from approx 16 weeks of pregnancy. Even if it didn’t feel like it when the doctor examine me she thought that it was due to pelvic bone pains specifically joining areas (sorry forgot the actual name for it) she did suggested excise on the ball (you know the huge ball you would use in a gym or to manage labour pain) whereby I simply seat on it and move my body in circle to stretch the area, also swimming and starching like excise in a water. She also suggested pregnancy yoga but unfortunately have no time for so have not tried, however the other two suggestion had helped me a lot and although the pain has not disappeared completely even if I am much bigger now (29weeks ) it is very manageable

As Jessyjessy572 said hip circles on an exercise ball and gentle hip tilts rolling forward and backwards. Try to stand tall in neutral spine (Pilates term). Get a referral to physio and get a massive tubi grip bandage to hold your hips together.
