The only way to tell for sure is to take a test. Use your first morning urine for best accuracy.

Yes do a test. If that comes back negative go see your doctor they might do a blood test.... some women get negative test at first till they have blood test.... so thats what i would do a test then doctors if no luck woth that

Take a test... at 10 weeks if you are pregnant it should show up
