Flying shouldn't be an issue at 12 weeks. I had flown at around 16&20 weeks. Most airlines are OK up to 36 weeks but it will be written on their website. I'd avoid long haul flights or at least taken some precautions with a anti thrombosis stocking and making sure to have a little walk to the toilet every so often due to the increased risk of leg clots in pregnancy. Make sure you contact the ultrasound dept to see when your scan is tho!

Safe for baby but be sure to walk up and down the Isle every so often, drink plenty of water and wear support stocking to prevent DVT. I went from the UK to USA at 34 was pregnant but be sure to gain medical advice if you are high risk ie. Blood pressure or other conditions.
