my boobs get sore and then fade away...this never happend befor can this be a early sign of pregnancy?

This is a sign of PMS (premenstral syndrome) ie the normal changes every woman goes through during there monthly cycle
Breasts can hurt because of hormones, growth, bp issues (I had that) a variety of reasons. Take a test if you think that you are pregnant, or go to your gp and ask.
