Are you taking or have been recently taking any form of contraception?

If not how do you feel within yourself, 3 months is a bit of a long time to have not had a period for no reason.

Take a test. If it is negative then I would book an appointment with the docs as it may be something else that's the matter and might be serious as you wouldn't just stop a period for no reason.
