I suffer from anxiety/panic, this started pre-pregnancy but is getting worse!Does any one have any tips? Would be most appreciated xx

Its natural to have some worries, depending on how well things are going with your life. The best thing you can do is try to find the time to do those things you feel you should be doing and when you are feeling obsessing about stuff realise you cant do everything your only human :)

Is there something that triggers your anxiety? Do you get nausea, sweating, trembling, difficulty to breath, palpitations, insomnia? Even if you don't get any of these symptoms but have general worry you should visit your GP. There is a lot they can do to help you and the baby have a calm pregnancy. There is appropriate medication and there is also counselling. The combination of the two brings the best results.
