I have never really had bad period pains, what types of pains am I suppose to be looking out for when having contractions?
My friend was the same never had period pains. ... any hoo... it starts like a dull ache, that comes and goes, and starts to become regular and starts to get uncomfortable so ur wincing.. then they start to become more painful. And its usually when it becomes too painful that u need to go to hospital .u may notice u keep getting backache... some women have their pain there. ..but same sort of thing really

I was the same too had PP once in a blue moon and after 9months of no periods I'd forgotten what it felt like! Like babymother I'd describe it as a coming and going dull ache, for me it was from my belly button downwards! It comes and goes getting worse as time goes on. You may also feel the needs to empty your bowels a lot! Good luck!
