Not feeling well today

I feel absolutely exhausted today. .I slept well and have had an hour and half sleep this afternoon but feel like I haven't slept. .. feel sicky.. and just like I've run a marathon. .. Just want to go to bed and sleep some more. . Had my blood pressure done yesterday and was fine. .. Just dont know whats wrong with me today?

i know the feeling. i am trying to concentrate in work and take my mind of feeling sick. but im heaving constantly. i felt worse last night. had a temperature, cold, tired and the sickyness. it just never seems to ease. id take anything else over the sicky feeling.

try have a bubble bath and unwind a little. see if that helps you. hope you feel better soon x

Baby growing time. I have the odd few days every couple of weeks I'm sure its down to growth of baba. Hope you fell better tomorrow xx

Hope u feel better soon. I've been feeling shattered the last couple of days too, too a mouth ulser which was just the icing on the cake......amen for weekends!

Oh sweetie, this is not ideal! I guess all we can say is just rest as much as you can. Your body is obviously telling you to calm down.

I know it's hard, but try to remember all this is for your beautiful growing baby that you will meet soon! It wont be forever!
