How do you begin to deal with trying to get better, I have been to the doctor but I'm on a waiting list to see a specialist.

It took a lot to ask for help but feel I just been left to wait.

Hi Liquid

I so sorry you are feeling this way. Good on you for seeking out help though, I know how hard that is.

What symptoms are you having? If they are intrusive thoughts then CBT is a great tool, could you afford a few private sessions while you wait for your appointment? Has the doc suggested any medications you could take?

Don't despair you can and will get through this and we'll be here to support you all the way.
