Did you use / read through your Bounty Packs, which were given to you at the hospital after the birth?

Yes as a first time mum it was invaluable... second time id had a 3 year break and it again helped remind me of things and the 3rd time around had been 7 year break so needed some reminders and pointers. plus things change in the world of does and donts.

Although useful there wasn't enough info about pni in terms of duration, symptoms and treatment .
