Hi, my name is Andrei Andrusov, I am from Russia but I joined Pituitary Community South Africa to learn more about pituitary patient life in South Africa.

My brother has Acromegaly for more than 20 years now. His wife Ekaterina runs Velikan, the Russian pituitary patient organization. And I participate in global pituitary patient activities.

Together with patient advocates from Australia, US, UK, Netherlands, Argentina and 20 more countries we have started WAPO, the World Alliance of Pituitary Organizations (wapo.org).
