Out of nowhere I'll get a cramp in my left foot that makes my toes want to curl or bend in a not so natural way.

My first symptoms were my 3rd and 4th fingers and toes on my right side sticking together... dystonia. Overtime the foot aches without meds.

After 8 years on my affected side (left) the toes stick out stiffly and on right side toes curl under clutching (something). Have to watch out for tripping!
