I am told that there is a fair chance of a back bench Parliamentary debate about oesophageal cancer being held on Monday 23 February, sponsored by Mike Weatherley, MP for Hove. So, especially for those who have had contact with their MP, do consider sending them an email about this debate and how important it is.

Well done the OPA and Alan! Let's hope Mike Weatherley's debate goes ahead.

I did write to my MP Steve Brine about Mike Thornton's EDM but had a very disappointing reply: he said he didn't sign EDMs and then more or less repeated information which I had put into my letter.

It's so important not to ignore these warning signs, as we know all too well.
